Zhejiang Tea Qiankun Intelligent Tea Deep Processing Demonstration Project
Project construction content
The total investment of the project is 61.5 million yuan, mainly including the construction of a production building, a standard cold storage, a clean and purified workshop, etc. The production building has four floors, covers an area of 3300 square meters, and has a total construction area of 13800 square meters. It is equipped with three intelligent tea processing production lines, including two tea beverage raw material precision processing production lines with an annual processing capacity of 5000 tons and one tea small packaging production line with an annual processing capacity of 2000 tons; The standard refrigerated warehouse has a capacity of 4000 cubic meters and can store 1000 tons of tea at once; The 100000 level clean purification workshop covers an area of 1000 square meters and is equipped with an intelligent warehousing system that includes raw material procurement, ingredient distribution, product inbound and outbound, as well as warehouse management, statistical analysis, and other functions such as automatic control, robot operation, CNC analysis, and remote transmission for feeding, color selection, baking, assembly, and packaging. The project will also establish a standardized tea quality inspection laboratory and be equipped with a research team led by academicians.
Current progress
The main building of the production building has been completed, some internal decoration works have been completed, and the remaining equipment is being installed one after another.
Project Features
This project adopts a digitalized production mode to improve product quality and production efficiency through fully digital and intelligent production forms. It has made multiple innovations in tea refining and processing technology, and currently holds 7 invention patents and 1 non patented technology. The fully automatic and clean tea beverage raw material precision processing production line with an annual output of 3000 tons independently developed and built by the enterprise has a non tea impurity rate of less than one ten thousandth in its finished products, which has reached the advanced level of the international industry. Experts and professors from the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Tea Department of Zhejiang University have been hired to jointly carry out cooperative research and development. The enterprise has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province, a leading agricultural enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and a patent demonstration enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
